Fennel essential oil is best recognized for its balancing and comforting licorice-like aroma. It is steam distilled from the crushed seeds of the fennel plant. Because of its complex aroma it is popular in perfumes, candles, and soaps.

Directions for Use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice. Diffuse up to one hour three times daily. Topical use: We recommend performing a skin patch test when using a new essential oil topically. Dilute with a high-quality carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
