Elemi essential oil, a relative of Myrrh and Frankincense has similar benefits as well as properties. It is steam distilled from the naturally-occurring pale yellow resin of the tall, tropical Canarium luzonicum trees, a large evergreen species native to the Philippines. Elemi oil has a fresh, woodsy, incense-like aroma that is great for meditation.

Directions for Use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice. Diffuse up to one hour three times daily. Topical use: We recommend performing a skin patch test when using a new essential oil topically. Dilute with a high-quality carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
